Submitting an order through the FarmLife website sends a request for pickup fulfillment. Orders are subject to availability, review, and acceptance by FarmLife.

• FarmLife may adjust quantities or decline items that are unavailable, out of stock, incorrectly priced, or otherwise unsuitable for fulfillment.
• Pickup date, time, and venue selections may be confirmed, adjusted, or declined based on operational constraints.
• Where additional confirmation is needed, FarmLife may contact you before completing fulfillment.

Volunteer forms, service enquiries, event participation forms, and event hosting requests are requests only. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or availability.

• FarmLife may accept, decline, reschedule, or limit participation based on safety, staffing, suitability, timing, or capacity.
• Event details, dates, venues, and formats may change.
• You should not make non-refundable plans based solely on a website submission unless FarmLife has separately confirmed the arrangement.

When you send us account details, order details, or website forms, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
